Join us Friday, July 24 for a special tasting experience with Master Sommelier Emmanuel Kemiji featuring ESTACA Bacanora, an artisanal bacanora crafted at the Estaca Distillery in Sonora, Mexico. Rooted in centuries-old tradition, bacanora is a rare agave spirit native to the rugged mountains of Sonora, known for its earthy character, smoky complexity, and deep sense of place.

Guided by Emmanuel’s renowned palate and passion for boutique craftsmanship, guests will explore the story behind Baca Nora, the heritage of bacanora production, and the artistry that makes this spirit so distinctive. An intimate evening of exceptional pours, conversation, and discovery awaits.
